*Our inspectors will attempt to walk the roof but it is a case by case basis depending on the pitch and access conditions. If we are unable to physically walk on the roof, we will use high-powered binoculars from various angles to inspect it.

Reliable Home Services offers progressive inspections on new construction. In other words, we will inspect the home as it progresses from pre-drywall to completion. During your pre-drywall inspection we are looking at the following items:
